Our goal is to make portfolio-backed liquidity more understandable, accessible, and transparent, while maintaining a conservative focus on eligibility, collateral quality, risk controls, and compliance.
Our thesis
Many investors are asset-rich but liquidity-constrained. Selling appreciated shares can interrupt compounding, trigger taxes, and force decisions at the wrong time. We believe investors deserve better tools for evaluating whether borrowing against eligible holdings may be appropriate for their situation.
